Pst. Francis Adegbenro is the President/Visionary leader of Initiative for Youth Engagement and Solutions. He is the Senior Pastor of Heritage King`s Breed Int`l Church which he co-pastors with his wife, Pst. (Mrs) Grace Adegbenro. He has a passionate commitment to see young people established in God`s plan for their lives and has been actively involved in inspiring youths and building them up to maximize their potentials and become agents of positive transformation in the society for over a decade.

He is life coach with keen passion for human resource development. He is an entrepreneur and a real estate consultant by profession. Pst. Francis Adegbenro received the vision of YES in 2007 while he was a pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God. With his exemplary leadership style and consistent and passionate pursuit of excellence, he has continued to inspire the entire YES team in driving this noble vision through the various arms of its operations. He is a life coach with vast resource of information and command over life issues, all of which he has continued to deploy to mentor youths and contribute to societal development.

Pst. Mrs. Grace Adanma Adegbenro is the Vice-President of Initiative for Youth Engagement and Solutions. She is the wife of the visionary leader of YES. She is also the Co-Senior Pastor of Heritage King`s Breed Int`l Church. She is a graduate of History and Int`l Studies from Imo State University, a legal practitioner and an expert educationist. Pst. Mrs. Grace has always being a strong support system for her husband and the vision.
Together, they have pastored several parishes in the Redeemed Christian Church of God before The inception of their own ministry. Pst. Mrs. Grace Adegbenro is PrincipaL Education Officer with the Ministry of Education. She is a Director in WealtHub and RealNov8 Ltd. Pst. Mrs. Grace is a remarkable woman who is committed to human resource development and capacity building. She also co-anchors Life Issues with her husband, an interactive forum that borders on issues about life whether it is finance, marriage, relationship, parenting amongst others.

Rita Nebolisa is the secretary of Initiative for Youth Engagement and Solutions. She is also the Secondary School Outreach Coordinator of the vision, an arm that reaches out to teenagers in secondary school and also provides mentorship for them through the YES Teens Club. An indigene of Rivers State and a graduate of Computer Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Rita is one of the YES ambassadors who have committed themselves to representing the vision and coordinating and facilitating her various arms of expression.
